Philip D. Amoa, Founder & Chief Executive Officer

Amoa founded LegalSummer.com during his second year of law school at the University of Illinois College of Law. Amoa is passionate about Corporate Law and Entrepreneurship and always seeks to merge these interests when and where he can. He worked for Merck & Co before attending law school. While in law school, Amoa worked for Accenture’s legal department in Chicago and also interned with a Delaware law firm. Amoa graduated summa cum laude from Gwynedd-Mercy College with a BS in Business Administration. Amoa is a graduate of the University of Illinois College of Law.
